Services
Three legal services. Each one clear from the start.
Suwan Counsel offers three focused services for inheritance matters. Each comes with a defined scope, a plain-language explanation, and a fixed fee agreed before any work begins.
← Return HomeHow We Work
A clear process before anything begins
Every engagement with Suwan Counsel follows the same initial steps, regardless of which service is involved. This is deliberate — it ensures that both client and counsel have a shared understanding of what is needed, what will happen, and what it will cost.
We do not begin work until this is settled in writing. It is not unusual for a client to come to us with one question and discover, through the initial conversation, that their situation calls for a slightly different approach. The initial consultation is always included at no charge.
Initial conversation
A free, unhurried discussion of your situation — by phone, email, or in person. No commitment required.
Written scope and fee
A written outline of what we will do, what we will not do, and the exact cost. Agreed before any work begins.
Document preparation and review
We handle all document preparation, court or land office filings, and correspondence — keeping you informed throughout.
Completion and handover
Final documents, plain-language summary notes, and a clear record of what was done — for your files.
